The last few years have been life changing. Specifically, I changed the entire way I looked at fats and I decided to delve deeper, study and implement a low carbohydrates, moderate protein, high fat way of eating (majority of the time) also introducing and eliminating certain foods which would cause inflammation and bloating. In February 2016 I began my own cleaning business, which as anyone in business knows, your days/hours can be very unpredictable, and you can find yourself with very little time unless you set a routine for consistent eating. I had also previously had alopecia from a stressful event a few years ago – my hormone levels could have been improved and I would complain of bloating and water retention. A low carb, high protein diet was great for my physique, however my hair thinned, my energy levels declined after lunch time, and hormone levels were not the best. After extensive research over almost 12 months and using myself as a human guinea pig, I have created an ideal way of eating for me.
