Eating out more often? On holiday and want to be flexible but not completely blow out or feel like you have to put in extra work when you return?
I most certainly love my home cooked meals, cooking/baking since I was 13 and loving every part of it….besides cleaning up
However at times some of our lives can be more social than others. Or maybe we are speed dating or we just want to eat out because we don’t have the time or energy to cook a meal. I have found cost effective, simple solutions when eating out for my low carb – Keto lifestyle. At times when I go to an Italian restaurant, I will order the gluten free pizza or gluten free bread if they have any and pack on my butter!
Majority of the time I feel much better to keep the carbohydrate intake in the sauces or vegetables I’m eating out.
